A few minutes walk from the railway station and from the famous Strada Nova, which is an important commercial point of the Venetian people, because they can buy its fruit and vegetables in the fresh market, its grocery shops and all the other kind of shops,there is a nice apartment situated on first floor of just restored small block.In the entrace there is a small room furnished with washing machine and dryer. The apartment consists in a ample living-dining room with four-seats sofabed, a small table with lamp, a low chest of drawers, dining table for four or six persons, television with Stereo Satellite Receiver and air conditioning system. The kitchen is well furnished and provided with four gas hobs, oven, refrigerator with inside a mini-freezer, American coffee machine, iron and iron table. The night area consists in a double bedroom with air conditioning, furnished with two single beds that can be united, a chest of drawers with lamp, a wide wardrobe, two night tables with abat-jour and a mirror. The bathroom is furnished with a large mirror, an hairdryer and a shower.The apartment can put up by 1 to 4 persons,moreover, it isn't less important,the flat is furnished of heating plant for the colder months.
